Refund policy

For your safety and hygiene, we can only accept returns or exchanges for items that are unworn, unused, and unwashed. Due to health reasons, pet clothing that has been worn or used  cannot be returned or exchanged. If you receive a defective item, please contact us within 15 days to initiate a return or exchange. Please note that return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

Requesting a Return 

To initiate a return, please contact us through our website contact form within 15 days of receiving your item. Be sure to include your order number for faster processing.

Eligibility for Returns  
To be eligible for a return:
- Your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn, unused, with tags still attached, and in its original packaging.
Returns are accepted for defective or damaged items. 

Address for Returns  
Once your return request is accepted, we will provide you with the return shipping address and detailed instructions on how to send your item back.

Order Changes  
If you wish to change your order (such as size or color), you have 24 hours from the time of placing your order to contact us directly via our website contact form. After this period, we cannot guarantee any changes can be made.

Damages and Issues 
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you find that the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately through our website contact form so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 Sale items and are not refundable.

Exchanges 

For non-defective items, the fastest way to obtain the item you want is to return the one you have and place a separate order for the new item once the return is accepted

Refunds  

After approval of your return, you will be refunded using your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow for additional processing time from your bank or credit card company. If more than 15 business days have passed since the return approval and you have not received your refund, please contact us through our website contact form.
