Processing Time  
All orders are processed and shipped within 3 business days. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping notification email containing your tracking number.

Tracking Information  
Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to be updated after you receive your shipping notification. If your tracking status indicates "DELIVERED" but you have not received your package, we kindly ask that you wait 24 hours before contacting us. Occasionally, carriers may mark packages as delivered prematurely, and they typically arrive within that timeframe.

Lost or Stolen Packages 
If you believe your package is lost or stolen, please email us immediately. We are here to help and can provide you with all pertinent information to assist in locating your package, including:  
- Tracking number  
- Ship date  
- Last known location  

We also recommend contacting your local carrier (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx) as they may have additional information regarding the status of your package.

Delivery Issues  
In the event that your package was marked "DELIVERED" but you cannot locate it, please reach out to us within 7 days  of the marked delivery date. We will work with you to help resolve the issue.

International Shipping  
For international orders, please note that delivery times may vary based on the destination and customs processing. Any applicable customs fees or import duties are the responsibility of the recipient.
